The True Self

This week, we explore our true identity in Christ. We delve into Romans 8, uncovering the profound truth that our authentic selves are found in God, not the world. We're reminded of God's unfathomable love for us - a love so deep it's described by the Hebrew word 'hesed,' which encompasses steadfast love, covenant, and unending commitment. This love is demonstrated through Christ's sacrifice, proving that God is truly for us. We learn that in Christ, we are no longer condemned - not by others, not by circumstances, and certainly not by ourselves. Instead, we're called to embrace our identity as more than conquerors, secure in the knowledge that nothing can separate us from God's love.
